Description
The Nordforest mesh firewood bag with lid is made for fast, even seasoning. All four walls are breathable mesh, and a waterproof lid keeps rain off the top of the load.
Why choose a mesh firewood bag with lid?
Firewood dries when air can move through it and water stays out. This big bag does both. Mesh on every side lets air reach the logs from all directions, so no damp pockets form. The waterproof lid covers the top and shields the wood from rain.
The fabric is UV-stabilised to cope better with sunlight during seasoning. The bag carries up to 1000 kg with a 6:1 safety factor.
Lifting and emptying
Four large loops on the top edge fit pallet forks, a front loader or a crane hook. Four loops on the bottom let you tip the bag and empty it in a controlled way, with no need to unload the logs by hand.
Two sizes
The 90 x 90 x 100 cm bag holds 0.81 m³ and is easy to handle with compact machines. The 100 x 100 x 135 cm bag holds 1.35 m³ for larger volumes.

Storage tips
The manufacturer does not recommend permanent outdoor storage, as wind, sun and rain wear the bag over time. For long seasoning, keep the bags in a barn, shed or covered woodstore. For extended use, secure them with straps and re-tension every six months. The bag is supplied empty.
